Late-night post-event cleanup

Your event ends. Our crew takes it from there.

We arrive as your last guests leave, clear the trash, stack the tables, pack your things and reset the venue overnight. You go home. Photos of the finished room are waiting in the morning.

The last hour

Nobody should be stacking chairs at midnight in their good clothes.

Venues often want you out an hour or two after the last song. That job usually lands on the couple's family, the birthday host or whoever organized the office party. Miss the deadline or leave a mess, and the venue keeps your deposit or bills a cleaning fee.

Built for the night shift

Cleanup that fits how events actually end.

Events run late, venues have rules, and nobody wants to take calls at 11 PM. We built the service around that.

  • We plan around your venue's deadline

Tell us when the venue needs you out. We size the crew to finish before then, and can start quietly in back rooms 30 minutes early.

  • A Running late button

Speeches ran long? One tap moves the crew's arrival. No phone calls at 11 PM.

  • Lock-up done your way

Venue staff on site, a door code, or you hand over keys. We follow the instructions and confirm when it's locked.

  • Proof for your deposit

Before photos when we arrive, after photos of every room when we leave, all timestamped on your booking page.

  • A lost and found log

Phones, jackets, the cake knife. Every item is photographed, logged and kept safe for you.

  • Never a crew of one

At least two people on every night job, with a lead who checks in and out.

Morning report

Venue reset at 12:55 AM

Sent to you, ready to forward to your venue coordinator.

  • Trash and recycling out
  • Tables and chairs stacked
  • Décor boxed and labeled
  • Floors swept and mopped
  • After photos in every room
  • Locked up with venue manager

Questions

Before you book

When does the crew arrive?

At the time your event ends, unless you pick something else. If your venue has a tight out-by time, you can have the crew start 30 minutes early on rooms guests have already left. Next-morning visits are available where the venue allows them.

Do I need to stay until the crew is done?

No. Most customers leave once the crew lead has walked in and checked the lock-up plan. You get photos of the finished venue and the completed checklist on your booking page.

What if my event runs late?

Open your booking page and tap Running late. You can push the arrival in 15-minute steps, up to three hours. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free; after that the crew's wait is billed at the normal crew rate.

How is the price worked out?

From your guest count, the type of venue, the package and any add-ons. You see the full price, line by line, before you book. If something changes once we see the venue, we ask you before doing any extra work.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Crews bring bags, gloves, mops, brooms, carts, cleaning products and ladders when needed. Restroom paper and soap come from the venue's own stock.
